Dr. Madsen and his team are caring and friendly, while being very dedicated to their craft. They do a great job, and even make it so you want to come in for your checkup!

Hygienist (Lori) is extremely thorough and takes her time to explain everything in great detail to help prevent tooth and gum related issues.She always does an outstanding job and is great around my implant area. Dr Madsen is always extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, listens attentively , and has always addressed any concerns I’ve had. Patient satisfaction is always top priority at this dentist office.

Staff is caring and pleasant. Cleaning was no stress. Hardest part was trying to have a conversation with tools in my mouth. Love this place.

What a greeting upon entering, friendliness of the staff is amazing, and Dr Sarah Davis and Hygienist Amber was very delightful and very caring. They will my dentist for a long time. The only negative thing was being very noisy probably because not very good partitions between rooms, but not something that would stop me from going there.

Amber performed my bi-annual cleaning. She was very thorough, so I joked that I came in for the $350 dollar cleaning but got the $1000 one. I want her to do my next cleaning! I apologize for not remembering the name of the dentist who followed up but I wasn't ready for the session to be over so soon.

Open the front door and be genuinely welcomed into the office. They are ready for you; you are not a chart. You are a human being that matters to them. Rachel and all the front desk staff are professional, kind and just want you want if you have any anxiety about your dentistry. The hygienists are exactly the same, efficient, friendly, and thorough. Both dentists are exactly the same, knowledgeable, gentle and they truly care about your teeth and how to help you keep them in great shape for years to come. I deserve the best, which is why I go to Madsen Dentistry.

They do a great job very thorough

I was seen in a reasonable time after experiencing a tooth ache. Everyone is very kind, personable and gentle. I have not had a bad experience at Dr. Madsen's office.
