I was troubled to receive a bill for a night guard that was several hundred dollars above the initial estimate they gave me. Lori said the estimate is just an estimate and that she can call five times and get five different estimates from five different employees at the insurance company. I asked her what was the point of estimates and she said I should have asked for a preauthorization. I asked her why she didn't give me that option and she said that it didn't matter because a preauth wouldn't guarantee the amount anyway. If she had been transparent that they have no idea what my insurance would cover originally, I would have walked out and never looked back. I have never had an issue with an estimate not matching the final bill! But they probably knew that and that's why they gave me a significantly lowballed amount initially. I feel misled and coerced into purchasing this device and I do not recommend this dentist.

I have been going to Dr. McConnell and his staff for years. They are always so delightful and very thorough. Lori at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions I have. Anjali and Kristy are amazing and so gentle when working on my teeth. Ashley is the best hygienist around- I would get my teeth cleaned once a month if I could! This is a fantastic office with quality employees!!

Horrible experience. Dishonest. Told me he could adjust my bite to help my TMJ. Oral Surgeon indicated that wasn't a treatment since teeth move to adjust to a new bite. When I asked him about it, he changed his story. Clearly had told me what I wanted to hear. Also took x-rays not covered by insurance with no coordination during a routine cleaning. Finally, tried to charge me $235 to whiten the tooth next to a crown that was being replaced. That tooth was another crown. Not possible to whiten. Oh, be careful with his billing. His billing system automatically adds interest that's not indicated on the statement. Avoid this guy.

Dr. McConnell is top-notch. He is the first dentist I met when I moved to Colorado. Since I had many issues Dr. McConnell teamed up with another dentist from the Fauchard Center. Yup, two dentists at the same time. What an experience. But doctor McConnell made it happen. He is well educated and educates me. I have never had to wait once I have an appointment and the staff is delightful. Don't second guess when it comes to good oral care. Go with the best that you can afford.

I had dentist phobia and had not been to the dentist in years. Dr. McConnell and his staff have been absolutely fantastic and the work performed by Dr. McConnell has been superior. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. McConnell to anyone in need of quality dental work.

I had my first visit today and it was a great experience. Everyone was welcoming, explained what was happening, and answered my questions. It was a different experience than what I've had at other dentists. I feel comfortable bringing my family back to this office.
