I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Norris at his dental practice. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease. Dr. Norris professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Norris genuine care for his patients' well-being was truly remarkable and made my visit exceptionally pleasant. I made my first appointment with Dr. Norris dental office in June,2024. It was an one of the worst experiences I have had a dental office. I did meet Dr. Norris who seemed really nice. But, the man who cleaned my teeth was not nice at all. He did not do a good job cleaning my teeth. I have always had good dential work done over the years and this was the worst ever. First I explained at least three times to the man that I have just had a full month xray with 6 months. He said he could not clean my teeth unless he did at least 4 bye wings. I finally said okay. Then he that I would owe 128.00 as my insurance would not pay or something like that. I paid and left. I just found out and was shocked when I saw that my insurance paid 469.00 and I paid up front $128. I have never heard of paying almost 600.00 to have a simple cleaning. I am very surprised they could possible do that. It was a very simple 6 month cleaning. Just be aware of the not nice man that cleans your teeth. It is a shame as the dentist seemed nice. I cancelled mine and my husbands next cleaning. We will go where they treat your properly. Jane
