Dr. Christopher Nowacki, DMD

The office personnel treat customers rudely. And worse, the dentist, Dr. Nowacki, supports his staff, implicitly encourages their behavior. I am not going back there.

I never felt rushed and I felt like Dr. Chris genuinely cared. Before I left his office I was confident in the plan he had for my dental care and I understood the reasons why. I’m a satisfied patient for life.

After having been a patient for a few years, I have decided to switch to another dentist. The hygienist did not do a good job and was not pleasant. Dr. Nowacki is friendly but it felt very rushed. I believe there are other dental practices that will spend more time with me so I don't feel like I am part of an assembly line of patients.

Everyone in this office is very kind and caring. This dentist makes you feel very comfortable.

I have seen this dentist for several years and although he is competent with his dental skills his office has had chronic problems filling out and submitting insurance forms. I am fortunate in that I have 3 insurances that cover dental care, however everything has to be processed through the FEDBLUE and once the initial one is processed the other dental plans kick in. They use a non-standard health form that lacks the required information for BCBS to even process their claims. I have spoken to the office numerous times. Today I was greeted by a new staff member who looks like she was just out of high school, claimed she was in charge of billing, wanted insurance cards for the 4th time this year, who was maskless in the middle of COVID and condescending in her interactions with my son and I. I am a retired healthcare provider who is familiar with insurance billing and how to interact with patient’s and this office doesn’t get it. We are moving on.

Dr Nowacki and his staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. State-of-the art techniques and equipment are used insuring success whether teeth cleaning to root canal.

I would recommend Dr. Chris to anyone.
