The office visit and surgery went flawlessly and painlessly. Dr. Smart is caring, concerned and capable. A skilled surgeon, Dr. Smart does an excellent job.

Dr Smart was unable to manage extreme pain as he failed to extract all the roots of a tooth gone bad. I begged him to pull the tooth. Not any pain relief or an ice pack were offered. Request for reimbursement was not answered. May request Board review of this experience. Another endo got me in and after a painless 20 minutes I was crying tears of gratitude.

Had a tooth that needed a root canal, smart drilled it right out the side into my gum, Failed attempt. Still had to pay! For a failed root canal, now extraction more cost and pain. Not impressed with practice, office help.

Dr. Smart and his team were professional, informative and great about making sure I was not feeling discomfort during my procedure. The office is pleasant. I highly recommend this office. A+++++

I would like to highly recommend Smart Endodontics in South Burlington. I recently had Dr. Christopher Smart perform a root canal with a permanent filling. Dr. Smart was excellent describing each step during the procedure while showing a sincere concern of how I was feeling. It was a pain free process with excellent results. I must also compliment his assistant Deb and his office manager Cindy. A truly friendly and professional office.

I was referred to Dr. Smart after dealing with a very painful molar that required a root canal. It was my first procedure of this sort and it has been very successful. Dr. Smart was able to save my tooth and save me from extraction. No more pain.

Dr. Smart and his staff gave me a warm welcome, prompt attention and excellent service. I appreciated the up-front explanation of all the charges and the friendliness of all. Dr. Smart provided me with the kind of professional care that made me feel I was in very competent hands. He explained things and answered my questions. I felt the work was careful and thorough. I was referred to Dr. Smart when I needed a root canal. I had avoided root canals since the reputation for the procedure was intimidating. The process was fairly quick and painless, and Dr. Smart did a thorough job. He even scheduled me for a 6 month checkup to make sure everything was healing properly. I'm a retired physician and by means affluent so am a potentially cranky customer who's also cheap. Yet Dr Smart took on my need for an emergent root canal without hesitation, provided superb care (my father was a dentist so I can judge dentists and will criticize if deserved), met my personal preference for on-going feedback during the procedure and carefully tracked my level of discomfort, making sure it was tolerable. The staff was wonderfully warm and competent. Highest recommendations.

Dr. Smart is incredibly patient & professional. I have pretty significant anxiety issues and he & his staff, Meg & Deb, were absolutely wonderful. They helped me through the whole procedure, from scheduling, having the procedure and follow up. Id go back in a heartbeat.

We could not have been happier with Dr. Smart and his office manager, Brittany. He was conscientious, honest, and thorough as he treated the aftermath of our son's traumatic tooth injury. When we needed a second opinion on braces, he explained the difference between need-to-have and nice-to-have-but-not-essential (we elected not to go with braces, saving big $$$s). Brittany worked incredibly hard on our behalf when we needed to appeal coverage amounts with our insurance company (successfully!).

I'm not welcomed back. I'm not a personal preferences.Because? I couldn't read the fine print on the form that the young Secretary with a cocky attitude did for me.I was confused,upset,disoriented from being in pain for so long,and the old lady in the waiting heard me. The Secretary said you offered to take x-rays. I do not recall you mentioning to take x-rays.I was trying to get my primary to do it.I have a first,and last name.It's not Miss,as the Secretary called me.
