Worst Dental Experience
I would give zero stars if I could. He did not want me to have the pre-shot numbing treatment prior to my extraction. After giving me the shots, he did not wait until I was numb. He immediately began pulling. I had to stop him 3 times because of the intense pain I was still feeling. The first 2 times he disregarded me by saying it was all in my head and asking if I knew the difference between pain and pressure. The 3rd time he provided an additional pain relief shot. He again immediately began pulling and did not wait for numbness to take effect. I am now having anxiety and trouble sleeping after this experience.

The best of the best
I have been a patient of Dr. Sortman's for over 10 years; he is competent, caring and easy to talk with. When I broke a tooth, I called and was able to see him the next day. Excellent dentist. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a new dentist Thanks , Dr. Sortman and the office staff.

Dr. Sortman is a great dentist. He is friendly and excellent with communication; he answered all my questions and was able to explain the specifics of each procedure. I needed a root canal, crown, and several fillings done. Each visit was quick and painless. In all honesty, Dr. Sortman was easily the fastest dentist I have ever experienced, such efficiency! So if you dread having work done and get restless in the chair...this is the dentist for you. I found the office staff to be equally amazing as well. Everyone was extremely professional.
