After 60 years of extensive dental care and surgeries, the surgery and follow up care by Dr Sun was the worst experience of my life. No pain management during surgery, poor treatment of recurrent infection post surgery and flippant attitude.
Do NOT go to him.

I went to Dr Sun to complete some implant work. He saw to cut my gums and expose implants and install abutments (the second step in implanting process) that had been installed about 6 months earlier. First he gave me a pain shot to my gums, he gave me NO topical pain killer. He got my head in a arm lock and just started to jam the needle in my gum - the pain was over the top and he just said "just breath". He installed 6 abutments, one fell out and another was too short causing the gum to be injured. He also noticed that my gum was not sown up properly the first time. I would NOT recommend this person -- I would scream, he is NOT GOOD. Oh his xrays were improper too.

Horrific! I saw this periodontist and he recommended pulling half my teeth out! Then I (of course) sought a second opinion and the competent next periodontist I saw said that was ridiculous and that I simply needed some debridement which fixed the problem. I wouldn't go NEAR this person.
