I've seen Dr. Cotca and Dr. Markogiannakis twice to decide the Dr I want. First cleaning Dr. M has an assistant do the oral cancer exam & cleaning. The assistant rushed thru the oral exam, took pics, and 12-15 min cleaning. Left with teeth stains. 2nd Cleaning: Dr. Cotca does all the work. She smoothed old fillings that aggravated my gums & removed tooth stains. She used a combination of water cleaning, a metal pick, polishers, and a drill. Cleaning took one hour. Worth the money & time.
