Not impressed. At all. I've heard the father- Dr. Michael Umaki- is excellent. But he's retiring. The amount of time with Clyde Umaki was more like a short "talk story" session. Most of the time was the assistant asking rote questions. Most of the time was a useless video of what's wrong with my teeth. Then he comes in to tell you what it's going to take to fix it. A staff member comes in to give you the total amount that it's going to cost and pay upfront. I waited a month for this?
