There are two major issues why I WOULD NOT recommend Colby Eckland. First, after not seeing him for 1 year due to pandemic, Colby suggested an aggressive treatment for a service that I didn't think that I needed. I sought a second opinion and in fact I did not need it. Lesson learned with Colby, GET A SECOND OPINION. Next, when my bill came, I was billed for a procedure that I never received. I was made aware of this when my insurance paid $0 of the charge. When I called Colby's office, the office told me that indeed I did receive that treatment. Colby called me and acknowledged that i didn't get this treatment and said that he leaves the billing to the office and was unaware of this problem. Unaware??? This is your practice. They changed the billing code and resubmitted to insurance and I was charged for services that I did receive, imagine that! BEWARE.
