Went in for a root canal yesterday. Despite confirming the amount I would owe with 2 separate calls, they charged me $415 instead of the $268 they told me would be due that day because they'd forgotten I'd have to pay for build-up and not just root canal. They didn't take any responsibility for their error. They also didn't let me know I'd overpaid previously for a filling and were holding on to $13 that should have been returned to me.
