Dr. Colleen Nash, DDS

Accepting new patients? I can't even get an appointment within 9-months. I originally started out with cleanings/ check-ups every 4 months. This practice has continued to take any and every patient they can to the point it's impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner. After being told the office would call as soon as there was a cancelation. That phone call never came after 8-months. I just called their Short Pump office and am being seen tomorrow. Their office never even offered to check their other area locations.

Dr. Nash was thorough in her evaluation and explanation of my procedure. She and her staff really went the extra mile. I would and do recommend Dr. Nash to family and friends.

I appreciate Dr. Nash consulting with me. She told me her staff would contact me to set up my appointment. I waited 10 days. After receiving no call, I called. I was transferred around just to be told “this isn’t a good fit”, with no reason besides “not meeting my expectations”. I’m healthy & I’m committed & do regular cleanings & check ups. I was transparent that I have questions & anxiety I work with. This is unprofessional, dishonest, uncaring. Beware It’s a large practice that I suspect money is their driving force, sadly.????. Dr. Nash is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very thorough and extremely talented. She will explain each procedure in detail and take the time to help you understand the process.

I am 73 years old and have interacted with at least a dozen dentists in my life. I can certainly state that Dr. Nash is one of the top three dentists who has taken care of my dental issues. Her knowledges and skills are outstanding and her interpersonal skills are the best I have experienced. I recommend Dr. Nash without reservation if you need any form of dental care!
