One Star is generous . Zero Stars is more appropriate. I have permanent nerve damage including facial disfigurement from a bad oral surgery procedure , the cosmetic dental work was also sub par. Beyond the obvious dental issues the front office manager is both rude and aggressive and it’s been noted by several patient's in reviews . I would not use this practice again due to the lack of professionalism and negligible standard of care . Not a good combination of issues and the negatives heavily outweigh the positives with this practice.

The dentist, hygienist, and reception staff were all professional and courteous. However, the conversation I had with the office manager (billing coordinator) was highly unprofessional. Based on other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident, and she continues to lose the practice business. Because of the way she spoke to me and the incredibly unprofessional experience with her, we have decided to seek dental care elsewhere. Unfortunately, she is the sole reason why my family will no longer be patients at Mashpee Dental.

Hygienists are wonderful! But front office staff are terrible in person & even worse on the phone. Although their scheduler was very nice, the person I spoke to w a billing question absolutely let loose on me. Wouldn’t let me speak & when I said Stop talking over me she yelled Then SPEAK! People who check you in when you arrive have never been friendly either.

I have been going to him for the past 40 years. He has performed extractions, root canals, crowns and a perfect bridge. I have had my teeth cleaned on many occasions. He is definitely the best. His staff is friendly, professional and always there if you need them. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I would highly recommend going there.

Youth daughter was treated horribly by Dr. Darzenta. Claiming she had a cavity that need to be treated. His behavior was very unprofessional, demeaning and had no compassion for my young daughter who was afraid of a procedure being done. He ridiculed her for being afraid. His license should be taken away. Poor example of a Professional adult.

very aggressive selling X-rays. 85-year father-in-law had to get a full set 6 months after oral surgery (which they knew required x-rays). Unnecessary to the point that his insurance refused to pay since he had just had them.

The best there is Honest professional spotless office. Knowledge is second to none Staff is pleasant responsible

I have been a patient for many years. When I presented for a routine cleaning and exam I was told that xrays were mandatory. I had a full set last year and am opposed to unnecessary radiation. When I refused I was told to "leave and find another dentist as you will not be treated without yearly xrays". I offered to sign a waiver but that was not enough. I was asked to leave. I feel this is unlawful and disrespectful practice.
