Dr. Cory Wakano, DDS

I was very hopeful to have a good experience at Dr. Wakano's office but I left in tears. The receptionist wasn't very friendly and I felt the same way about the hygienist. She talked very little, wasn't friendly and didn't explain anything to me. When Dr. Wakano came in he was the same way. He didn't say hi, didn't bother to ask me anything and didn't seem to care to establish a relationship even though I was a new patient. My entire life, with all the dentists I have seen, (@ least 10) I have never had a more painful cleaning in my life. My gums have been sensitive but the amount of gum tissue he ripped off my gums was excruciating. I broke down in tears and when I saw my family afterward I couldn't stop crying and my husband had to wipe the blood away from my mouth. I tried to tell the receptionist about never having a more painful cleaning in my life. She said sorry but then proceeded to tell me it was probably because of the condition of my teeth. Gaslighting patients is not ok.

I have been going to Dr. Wakano since i was a little boy. He has always made sure my teeth were always looking good and healthy. I strongly recommend Dr. Wakano

Dr. Wakano is an excellent dentist. He's done a lot of work on my teeth, including some pretty challenging procedures, and I am happy with the results. Dr. Wakano is always trying to do the best he possibly can for his patients. His charges are reasonable, and he does not push for unnecessary treatment. I also like that he provides rather comprehensive services, and I very rarely need to be referred to another dentist, which saves me time and money.
