There was poor communication from him regarding progress. The office does not allow for good communication because there is no privacy and appointments always felt like DDS was just bouncing between one patient and the next. His staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and tried their best but the DDS himself was very uncomfortable with communication and would not be forthcoming if things were not on track. I would not recommend this DDS, his father was better with communication when he filled in
