perforated tooth
Had a problem tooth next to eye tooth was told I had cavity & restoration was needed. while performing restoration she perforated tooth, she did not tell me that she did this and sent me to specialist to have root canal, but removal which is what was needed. Had been to this practice prior for this painful tooth and was told it was a sinus infection nothing wrong with tooth. Returned to practice to inform them, Dr. Cross, arrogant and greedy was unapologetic and charged me full price for 2 temporary flippers and suggested bite guard at full price.
