Dr. Craig Mabrito, DDS

Mabrito is a genius. You can’t compare anyone’s work to his. His work is perfection. Other dentist have all been quick to comment on his beautiful restorations. I have seen him off and on for twenty years and he is the man. He did a work of art on my friends teeth. Yes, his cost are higher than some but the work far exceeds anyone in Houston.

in 2011 i went to another doctor that had many advertisements in different magazines! after cosmetic procedure on my teeth he left me with 9 broken roots ! then i find this doctor ! he knows what he is doing and he doesn’t work for money ! he is very knowledgeable! but is not a commercial doctor ! plz don’t go to anyone except him ! if u want someone who care about you and knows what he is doing!

So impressed. Dr. Mabrito and his entire staff are all incredibly conscientious, responsive, and kind. The office and views are beautiful. I felt like every precaution was taken to keep patients and staff safe during pandemic.

Charges waaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy too much for the work he is doing. And it isn't all that great either.

I am Dr. Mabrito's patient for the number of years. He is not only one of the best dentists in TX – his leadership is beyond conventional. His everyday standards are way above what other dentists would call high-quality work. Dr. Mabrito takes time to study the case (that what he calls us, patients), and he explains the whole procedure. He is a perfectionist and, if you spend enough time in his office, you will see that characteristic embedded in his work. His staff is a crucial contributor to the success of his office. Flow in this office is fantastic – from the moment you arrive until the moment you check out. And I never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to be put in the chair. Probably due to the fact that he has numerous assistants to lead you around the office and help him out. They keep a pulse on all things in the office. On my way out, I usually spend some time talking to Kim and Nancy, who has a wealth of knowledge about health care and their operations.

Dr. Mabrito fees are overpriced, his assistant, Nancy, makes a lot of errors in calculating your costs and she is not prompt in filing your reimbursement. She thinks she is doing you a service by filing your claim to the Insurance. Furthermore, with all the errors and overcharges, it takes a couple hours just to try to reconcile the charges and reimbursements. They charged my HSA card $1427, eight months ago for services that were not rendered and I am having a challenge to get my HSA credited for these funds. Ummm...it is just not worth the hassle to deal with Dr. Mabrito's office.

This office is grossly overpriced. At least about 2x as much as the next boutique dentist. Absolutely shocking and reeks of greed.

Dr. Mabrito is by far the best dentist I have ever used. I needed reconstructive work done on several teeth and he has exceeded my expectations. He is an artist in his own right, his demeanor is warm and welcoming, and his staff is outstanding! I highly recommend him and his team!

I was recommended to Dr. Mabrito after relocating to Houston. The level and thoroughness of exams are well above other professionals that I had been to in town. The staff is always courteous, professional and accommodating.
