Dr. Craig Pearce, DMD

Dr. Pearce is very friendly and TBH he's just REAL. He's explains issues in a way I can understand and lays out ALL the treatment options fairly and with out all the pressure I have experienced with other dentists. Margaret his assistant is always super sweet and makes my visit pleasant every single time. She is short with any chit chat (hard with an open mouth ya know) but still so kind and patient. The office is cute, comfortable and quiet. I never feel rushed. I have been coming to Dr. Pearce for 9 years now and even got my husband to go to him. (He hasn't been to a dentist in 10 years due to previous bad experiences with dentists) He loves it! I always feel like my concerns are heard and addressed, isn't that wild? If you're looking for a family dentist. Dr. Pearce is the guy.

Early summer 2022 Dr. Pearce did a crown on me. 2 weeks later it came off. It took them over 2 weeks to get me in. 6 weeks later, it came off again! This repeated itself a total of 4 times! Every time lasting about 2 mos. and taking them over 2 weeks to get me. After 4 times, I went to a different dentist. I cannot afford to keep driving 45 min. one-way and going in ever other month. Crowns last decades, not weeks/mos. The new dentist was appalled and wrote Dr. Pearce requesting a refund. Dr. Pearce LIED and said it only came off once! He either didn't bother looking at my chart and is going senile, or is just an out and out liar. No sense of honesty or pride in his work, nor take any resposibility for his errors. It is now costing me over $1,000 out of pocket to fix work he did less than a yr. ago. He had 4 times to make it right and chose not to.

Finest dentist in Snohomish County. Very professional, hardly any wait time. Been going there for 15 years. Highly recommend.

Great doctor with an incredible staff.

Love Dr. Pearce and his staff! They have been taking care of my teeth as well as my families for over 13 years! Dr. Pearce and his assistant Annie are very gentle and caring, they carry on a funny banter that make me forget I'm at the dentist office! The hygienist is very thorough and my teeth feel great after a teeth cleaning with her. The girls at the front desk are always super helpful explaining my insurance benefits to me. Great group of people, I highly recommend their office.
