As general dentists we straighten teeth by expanding the mouth to accommodate all permanent teeth. We do not recommend extraction of permanent teeth to correct your smile. Newer technologies in Orthodontics allow this to be accomplished in 12 - 18 months. Shorter term treatments are less expensive and affordable.
