HAPPY BIRTHDAY
A couple of years ago I had an implant fail when I was in AZ. It was not one of yours. I went to a dentist and had the "Teeth in a Day" deal done. Pulled everything and built teeth.
That is why you have not seen me. But I still refer you to my friends, and value our relationship.
