Dr. Crystal Norton, DDS

What's good: good experience with regular dental cleanings & teeth whitening. What's not good: She recommends getting a lot of work that other dentists say is not necessary. I recommend getting a second opinion if she says you need a lot of work. I also had a filling done that did not get done properly (first time that is ever happened to me with a dentist) that ended up with a dental abscess, a lot of pain, and eventually a root canal and crown (done by another dentist)

This was my first cleaning since before the Covid began, and the first with the new hygienist Mindy, who is excellent. She took her time, explained each step, offered suggestions for better results, and removed some really difficult stains. I could not be more pleased. This place has soothing music, warm pillows and blankets, and it even smells better than any dentist's office I've been in. My kudos all around.

The whole staff is wonderful here. I got my teeth cleaned today and it was a great experience. I felt taken care of with their extra Covid measures.

Extremely vain woman who checked her hair & makeup, in the room, before even saying hello! Had to remake my partial, still didn't fit, said it was best she could do. Then she left. When I ask the assistant to see if Norton could explain this a little further to me, it was a good 10 minutes or so before she came back and I was the only patient there. She told me that apparently I was a difficult fit and would need to see a specialist; that was the entire explanation. I will say that her staff was outstanding, kind and responsive. Her hygienist was also good. Perhaps she just didn't like Pea Ridge when she had an office here.

I quit seeing Dr. Norton when she left a large group practice & I started seeing someone closer to my home. It was ok, but it never had the same personal feel. When I walked through the door at Dr. Norton’s new office, it was like I had never left ( and she has some of her staff that has been with her forever) . I just felt back at home.

My previous dentist retired, & my mouth was falling apart. She helped me create a plan of treatment without making me feel bad about my neglect. Her staff did all they could to help make the $ of my treatment fit into my budget.

Dr Norton makes you feel comfortable and the staff is awesome. Great Dentist!

I knew I had a lot of work to catch up on, so I was mentally ready to hear the worst. Dr Norton (and her crew) made my visit comfortable, answered my questions in a way I could understand and set up my work over time to meet my budget. I felt like I was special!

Staff is very sweet. Dr. Norton is a very honest and caring dentist.
