Great Experience
I have been in a dentist chair more times than most. Would highly recommend. Very detailed. Did not feel rushed. Very attentive and calming. Followed up with a phone call after to see how you were doing. Which these days is not as common.

Unprofessional
I made an appointment over 6 months in advance to coordinate with other doctor appointments. I am a prior patient and was coming from 3 hours away. I had multiple calls with staff to explain the timing. I was even asked to adjust my appointment time and I agreed. Multiple email confirmations. Staff even called me the day before regarding forms and to confirm appointment. The morning of the appointment I was called as I was on my way and told that they just did not have time to see me. No other explanation. Unprofessional and inexcusable.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE “PEOPLE” !!! Years ago they were good...NOT NOW ! I had a service done and they claimed...insurance will pay this much and you owe this much. I paid ! Then they billed me for more money, after I told them I have paid what they requested, they continued to harass me for more than a year ! VERY RUDE !!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE “PEOPLE” !!!
