Dr. Dana Bateman, DDS

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Bateman, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Bateman's approach is both candid and sincere, which I found refreshingly genuine. He is friendly, direct, efficient, and highly professional. His gentle touch alleviated the anxiety I had, and I felt that I was in good hands. What truly set this visit apart was his authenticity - there was no pretense, just honest, compassionate care. I appreciate a dentist who is upfront and sincere, and Dr. Bateman certainly embodies those qualities. I also want to give a shout-out to his entire staff for being welcoming and helpful. I'm pleased to be a patient in Dr. Bateman's practice. If you're looking for dental care, I recommend Dr. Bateman and his team.

calling to the office you either get a message or if you have tooth pain, they’ll tell you to make an appointment weeks away. They make no attempt to fit you in for care. Glad they’re not personnel at an emergency room.

Excellent would not go anywhere else

this place is awful. not only is staff rude and unfriendly but it takes a year to book a cleaning and 2-3 months to be seen for an emergency. I would only recommend this place if you are capable of planning dental visits 1 year in advance (despite the fact they recommend one every 6 months) and you are ok with scheduling your dental emergencies a few months out.

I did not feel welcomed by dr or male assistant,. The dr. didn't introduce himself, or say hello. I told him I had a recommendation to see him from my dentist and thought this was just an evolution turns out it was a procedure. when it didn't go as planned he left. The assistant did some work. I went in with no pain now my tooth is in worse condition and I am in the worse pain I've ever felt in my life. going to see my original dentist ASAP.

Dr. Bateman was personable, friendly, and put my littles at ease. Easy to get in amd comfortable waiting room.

I came in for dentures. I wanted the whitest ones, the tech told me they would "look fake" and discouraged me from what she could even see from pics, was my natural tooth color. I went with another shade and HATED IT. The plates are so ill fitting, it's only 4 years after getting them and I'm in the process of getting new ones. The dentist I'm seeing now, found several mistakes with these plates. The top plate doesn't extend back as far as it should, the bite is WAY off, the tooth size is incorrect for my natural smile, as well as being talked into a horrible tooth shade. I feel like this girl was trying to make me look like a clown. My teeth look okay but, definitely not like they should. Who tries to talk you out of white teeth? I mean, really! I actually called their office first when I decided to get new plates. The receptionist asked if I needed partials or a whole set. I told her a whole set, she said they no longer offer this service which, I think is a good thing.

My brother was visiting me in Michigan and over the weekend experienced severe tooth pain. He proceeded to shorten his trip so that he could go to Dr. Bateman for an evaluation/pain relief/treatment. The Office refuse to see him. Office Staff told him the next available was in June. My brother has been a patient of record at this Practice for years. And, this is how he was treated! He refused to even speak to my brother to advise what he could do to alleviate his pain. I am still horrified! I am a Practice Manager at a prestigious medical center in NYC. And, we do not treat patients of record or patients who present for dental emergencies. Shame on you Dr. Bateman and your staff personnel. Perhaps you should think about another profession!!i

This was the most unprofessional place I have ever seen in all my years!!!! Dentist Dr. Dana Bateman ?? He performed a root canal on my son without my permission or consultation!

Dr. Bateman removed an upper wisdom tooth of mine that had a cavity. and was causing me pain. He made sure he had numbed my tooth sufficiently and then he did masterful work. The tooth was removed so cleanly there was hardly any bleeding and in the evening after the nova-cane wore off, I had very little pain or swelling. The next day it was fine. I needed no pain killers. He is equally masterful on other routine dental procedures like filling cavities, etc. I highly recommend him.

Everyone working in the office was so polite and friendly. I trust that Dr. Bateman was competent and gave me honest feedback on my dental health, and did not recommend unnecessary dental work as I have felt dentists have done in the past.

I felt relax as well as my child. Great service!
