OK first off I want to apologize for waiting so long to write this review this is going to take a while. My recovery as been a long process. First My appt was March 2, 2021 on a Tuesday. When I originally called and did my research I was under the impression the office had an oral Surgeon who conducted their teeth extractions. I called and let them know I needed both my bottom wisdom teeth removed and that they were already fully grown in. I asked is there someone there who is able to do this they said yes. Dana who is the General practitioner come to find out is not an oral surgeon!. SHE IS JUST A GENERAL PRACTIONER. IF YOU NEED TEETH REMOVED OR WORK DONE IN RELATION TO SURGURY STAY AWAY!!!!!! I went in. she started the removal of my left bottom wisdom tooth. it took her some time but eventually she got my tooth out. all was well so far. She then began the right bottom wisdom tooth. Long story short She and her assistant was in my mouth for 2 or more hours. She ended up having to inj

best dentist ever! puts you to ease and very helpful, not too expensive at all

Worst medical service experience I have ever had. The Doctor and her front desk assistant are both rude, extremely unprofessional and greedy. i was charged a $50 copay which I was not supposed to pay and then when I politely agreed to pay and talked to my Insurance company verifying that this should never have happened, they kept messing with me and declared that they can't refund my CC and I have to come over and pick up a check from them. The whole experience was frustrating.
