Dr. Danelle Fournier, DMD

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Fournier for years until an incident last year. I received a mystery bill for a service that my wife had in March of 2021. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist and she was unable to explain the bill and said she would research it further and call me back. I never received a phone call but I did get a letter stating that the bill was forgiven but that Dr. Fournier was ending her professional relationship with us. I found this strange because the bill was less than $25.00 and I would have gladly paid it if I was given a proper explanation for why it was charged. However, it looks like Dr. Fournier would rather lose two patients instead of explaining her billing procedures. This is very disappointing because I had no issues with Dr. Fournier or Dr. Ferguson but their staff has really let them down in this instance. Overall, I can't recommend Dr. Fournier because her billing practices are not transparent and her staff is not helpful

Dr. Fournier and staff are AMAZING. I've been pleased with the "attention to detail" over the past two years; however, last week they took it to a new level. I had a dental emergency and was leaving on a flight in three hours. They "somehow" squeezed me and solved the problem in lest than 15 minutes. They are a phenomenal team.

Such a great office. Super friendly, welcoming and awesome team. They take the time to explain and answer any questions.

Dr Fournier and staff are amazing. I am one of those with terrible dentist phobia.... she has cured me of that so I don't put off anything anymore! She is gentle, kind and patient and always checks to ensure it's a painless experience. If more specialized treatment is needed, ie root canal or oral surgery, she can recommend specialists, within my insurance plan, who will be equally gentle and kind. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Fournier was introduced to me by my former retiring dentist, Dr. V who had selected her as his personal dentist. So it is completely accurate to say that she is a "Dentist's dentist". That is pretty good but beyond that, she is a "Patient's dentist" because she always puts our needs first. I present a lot of challenges for her and her staff but she (and they) always manage to meet them. Her team is universally skilled, completely professional and totally engaging. First rate

Dr. Fournier and her staff are incredibly down-to-earth, positive, and unjudgemental. I was recommended to her a few months ago by my wife after many years of not going to a dentist. I have had several visits there since, and all of them positive. I rarely have ever had to be in the waiting room more than a minute, even if I came a bit early. The rooms are private yet open air, making for a very comfortable visit. I would recommend Dr. Fournier to anyone.

Dr. Fournier is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional, yet down to earth. She and her team are pleasant and make their patients feel comfortable and provide an excellent level of service. Thank you for keeping my smile beautiful!
