Dr. Bethers took his time to listen and then explained the procedure and even drew a diagram so I could understand more clearly. He is great.

Told me the cost I would have to pay up front, and then what they received from insurance would be returned to me via check. Insurance paid, but never got anything back from them. So they took my payment, and then also got the money from the insurance on top of that.

Awesome experience with Dr. Bethers! I was visiting from out of town and had an old root canal that was giving me a lot of pain. They got me in asap and discovered I had a really bad infection. He came in early the next morning to do the surgery for me and was so helpful, knowledgable, kind and quick! highly recommend Dr. Bethers and the staff here!

Dr. Bethers was excellent yesterday for my root canal procedure. I was very nervous because I have a compromised immune system. The 1st appointment was a consult where he examined me and confirmed that there was an infection and the root was dead. 2nd appointment was yesterday when he drilled and cleaned out 4 canals, then packed them with antibiotic. I never felt a thing with the numbing or the 60 minutes he and his capable assistant Tammy worked in my mouth. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and informative as he worked on me. I asked my husband to come in for the procedure and he was very impressed with how careful and precise Dr. Bethers was with each step. Tammy and Dr. Bethers worked in tandem. Marilyn, front desk lady, came in to check on me and was also extremely kind. Whenever I called or asked questions, all of the staff was gracious. Appointment 3 will be completed after the infection has been cleared. I highly recommend Dr. Bethers & Tammy. What a TEAM THEY ARE! Thank You!

Dr. Bether’s didn’t clean out my infected tooth correctly and as a result, the infection spread to my sinuses and has been ongoing infection for 3+ years, even after the tooth was extracted. I have never experienced more pain and suffering from another persons mistake. In my opinion, he should not have a license and isn’t a competent physician. I would advise anyone, Do not go to Desert Endodontics.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. Not only did he not finish work he started but his staff is rude and actually lied to my husband about what the doctor advised him. He waited two months to have a root canal completed only to be told, sorry he couldn't compete. services.

Dr. Bethers is the very best. I began having pain with an old root canal, but he could not see me right away but put me on a regimen of ibuprofin, acetaminophen, and antibiotic. By the time of my appointment several days later, most of the pain was gone. X-rays showed no problem. He speculated that the tendons around the tooth might have become inflamed. No redo of root canal and three months later still no problem.

Terrible experience. Do not have treatment here. Root canal, was infected and could not get an appointment for over a week. Was in extreme pain without relief. Was forced to seek treatment immediately at another provided. Then to add insult to injury billed me for the full amount and did not accept the insurance payment even though they assured me that they accepted my insurance.

The staff and Dr Bethers do good work.......but give no discount even with insurance.... My insurance paid them at a good rate and then they billed me to the penny of what they charge insurances. Greed....greed..... Most Dr.s and Dentist accept your insurance payment in full. Not them they want the full 1100.
