Would give ZERO stars to Dr. Butensky if I could.
Arrogant. Won't answer questions. Regards questions as a challenge to his ego. Narcissistic. Walks out when he does not want to answer questions or to explain an answer he has given (such as 'other dentists will, I won't.')On the other hand, Dr. Hosny (sp?) is a WONDERFUL Professional. Take all of the characteristics Dr. Butensky lacks and you will find them in Dr. Hosny, not to mention that her skills are impressive and she is more than willing to explain things, answer questions and to listen to any concerns a person has. Unlike Dr. Butensky, Dr. Hosny does not interpret questions as a threat to her ego. She wants people to understand what is happening and what is necessary for them to receive the best care possible.

Never have just a cleaning. There's as always something else that's needed.
