I had a tooth extraction completed by Dr. Cummins. The problem that I have is that he pulled a different tooth than the one that I understood needed work.

Dr. Daniel Cummins works with Dr. Andres Herrera at True Bite in Salinas, CA. I lost a 15mm piece of my jaw, Infection, Torn Gums. Surgery gone wrong by Dr. Herrera. Week 2 the office directed me to see Dr. Cummins who did nothing to remedy situation. 3 ½ weeks after surgery I obtained 2 second opinions. They are appalled at my condition, the pain and patient neglect I suffered. I have permanent damage that’s getting worse because 6 week later I still have pain, swelling and dying bone.
