I had a very bad experience with Dr. Smulson and his Park Ridge, IL office. I booked a consultation which was done on 7/1/19 and based on that consult Dr. Smulson's office prepared a summation of recommended graft procedures and submitted to my insurance. We scheduled the procedure 8 weeks out to get all information back from insurance which we did. His office called and texted to confirm my surgery for 8/16/19 . I took an afternoon off of work . When I arrived at his offices he basically gave me a completely different consult and suggested I see someone else for an opinion. Its almost as though I was never there in the first place. I was completely confused and my time wasted. His Park Ridge office is not state of the art by any means and I now feel I may have dodged a bullet anyway. I dont know what transpired but I am extremely dissatisfied.

Horrible service at his office. I called to make an appointment (first, no one answered calls the entire day and no one bothered returning a voice message). I was told I must wait 7 days into my plan's effective date to even make a call to make an appt. When I said I won't wait and will pay cash, please schedule me for an appointment. She hung up on me! I called back and asked for a manager. A so-called manager got on the phone, chewing, and proceeded to defend her hanging up on me.
