New Office Utilizes Unethical Business Practices
Was a patient for years. Upon relocation to a new office, my visit copays rose significantly. I took it as my insurance just covered less and went on. Fast forward at least 1 year later; his new office did not take my insurance and this was never disclosed to me. I take responsiblity for my part in not asking about the higher costs earlier, but allowing me to pay full price when I have good dental insurance and not disclosing why-EVER, is highly unethical.
