Less kid friendly
My 3 year old had his second appointment, a regular dental exam and cleaning. Did wonderful with his first visit. He was afraid and began crying when they took him back to the exam room. I asked if I could stay in the room while he was having his cleaning and told no. The hygienist made little attempts to make him comfortable. She did not offer to show him the tools, let him feel it on his hand, or explain what she was going to do/model. She rushed us out of there, explaining she had more people to see. I asked for additional time for him to get comfortable, this was denied. We were taken to an office/consult room. The dentist and hygienist spent 1 minute each looking in his mouth with a flashlight, charged us for an entire exam. Made no efforts to encourage him nor did they give him a new toothbrush. Not a kid friendly experience at all.

Amazing!
Dr. Stults is my absolute favorite dentist. I deal with dental anxiety and his office makes it such an easy process. 10/10 would recommend.
