My former endodontist was no longer practicing. He was very talented. I found Dr. Pienado as the closest to home for an emergent problem. What good luck! I had an appointment in two days. Everything was perfect in her office and the staff were kind and reassuring. The root canal she did was painless and gentle. She explained everything she was doing. Most importantly, no lingering swelling or pain. On top of that her office was Euro-elegant. I couldn't imagine a better dental experience. Root canals are not on my list of favorite things to do. But, when you need a skilled professional, she is the best one who has treated me.

I had to have an emergency root canal and my dentist referred me to Dr Peinado. I had several root canals in my life as I am "retired" athlete but the experience I had at Dr Peinado's office was amazing from beginning to end. Her caring nature and knowledge was superb. I went for a second opinion of a root canal I had elsewhere because of continuing sinus and facial pain and pressure. I had a disk with a CBCT scan from the previous endodontist. Upon arrival, she told me she was not going to look at the tooth because “she wouldn't know what she was looking for.” When I asked her to review the CBCT scan I brought, she told me there were no images on the disk that she could see. (This disk was later verified to have readable images on it.) She insisted I do another. After I reluctantly agreed, she said there was nothing wrong with my tooth and she did not know why I was experiencing pain. She showed me no images and stated that perhaps my sinus and facial pain and pressure were due to monthly hormones. She said, “Weirder things have happened.” I found her rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and uncaring. I paid $270 and still had no diagnosis, treatment plan, or solution. I got the impression the only thing she cared about were her fees.

My family dentist referred me to Dr. Peinado. I went to her office once, charged for $150 even though I have two dental insurance. I decided not to go back, due to her dishonest business. Three months later, I received a statement from her office, claiming I owned $338 that was sent to collections. What? I never received any invoice or bill or statement before. Her office never called me about it either. What a dishonest practice! I don't recommend her.

I needed an appointment quickly and it was determined that I needed two root canals. One of them was an extremely difficult case and was questionable if it could be saved. Dr. Peinado worked her magic and restored the tooth with normal root canal therapy but with an extreme amount of work on her part to save the tooth. Saving the tooth was so very important to me. She and Monica are in my opinion the "dynamic duo" and Dr. Peinado is an endodontic hero in my book.

I have an issue with anxiety and Dr. Peinado and her assistant were very patient and helpful in making me feel comfortable so I could have my procedure. Dr. Peinado had the kindest words and patience to help me through to the end. As a person who is very embarrassed with my anxiety issues, Dr. Peinado and her team made me feel like it was nothing. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone!!!

My visit to Dr. Peinado's office was awesome. Though I was there for a root canal, which is by no means a pleasant experience for anyone, the procedure was uneventful. Dr. Peinado was thorough in her evaluation and consultation. The staff, the office environment, scheduling, communication, everything was spot on. I wouldn't even considering going anywhere else should I ever need another root canal. Thank you Dr. Peinado and staff.

Simply the best. The office staff is super nice, very clean office, and very accommodating with scheduling. The doctor is AWESOME! She explains the process and answers your questions honestly and in a manner you can understand. She's a very caring individual who loves what she does to help people and it shows.

The office had a calming welcoming environment and staff was very friendly. I like the fact that the Dr. took the time to explain the procedure. I thought that I would come away in a lot of pain, but that was not the case. Thank you, Dr. Peinado for a good experience.
