My husband just went to Smile By Design yesterday for an exam and a cleaning. he is very meticulous about brushing his teeth every single day and flossing. The dentist recommended the super in-depth cleaning for an additional $175, and will not do a regular cleaning. In order for us to get his records they are charging us $45. I will never go back to this place ever again as they are not interested in helping the patient they're interested in making money.

Scheduled an apppintment and when thetreatment was discussed then they didnt have the time for the treatment. He tried to be polite with but he seems nonto have control of what happened at his office.
