Dr Balastrini was able to see me promptly for a filling that fell out. He was decisive and straightforward in his evaluation of the tooth, and others surrounding it. His office staff, friendly and helpful which made for a very pleasant overall appt. During the procedure of refilling a large tooth, Dr Balestrini was polite, professional, he explained everything he would be doing and expectations of me as the patient. I had full confidence in his abilities, as he has practiced in the area for many years and my husband was also pleased with his assistance in a former dental emergency. He has gained two new long term patients, due to the overall excellent experience of both of us. He is friendly, but when it comes to the procedure, serious and focused, exactly what you want in a dentist. Bravo to the conservative, honest dentistry that Dr Balestrini practices!
