Dr. David Ballard, DDS

Recently needed a new crown, Dr Dave was great as usual. My appreciation goes to his assistant Jose. He fitted my temporary crown and it felt like my real tooth. When it came time to receive my permanent crown Jose took the time to make sure it fit and felt perfect. Thank you Dr Dave Ballard and Jose for a pleasant experience. Debbie Johnson

I am very pleased with y'all .. I had to go through loosing my dentist from retirement and the replacement was awful and I hired and fired several before getting to Dr. David Ballard.. and his staff "Jason" and "Kyla" etc "Melissa , Karen, and Tina and I love them all - family they treat you with respect and very professionally.. an answer to prayer .. God sent .. praise the Lord.. I would still be lost if I hadn't found them through Dr Elliott.. who works in the stay parking lot.. They can do all of it - just contact them folks.. and you will not be disappointed .. at all ..fast but the best at what they do.. what a Blessing..

Wow we have been going to The Ballard’s since 2005, I think you have the wrong doctor or wanting to slam this one

Work was not properly done , Over charged thru Insurance and co-pay. Check various sites BBB. and read same responses. It is unethical and hovers on the edge of being shady. Has been a nightmare fixing what they did. It is EASY to get a appt. ..But ask ask ask every question BEFORE he destroys teeth that can be easily repaired.

Not to be trusted. In search of a dentist close to the house I scheduled cleaning with Ballard Dental in 2015. During that visit they performed extensive X-rays, apparently some of those X-rays are only covered once every 5 years by my insurance company however there was no discussion of cost or the possibility there may be a charge. They did not ask me when these X-rays were last performed nor suggested to have them transferred from my previous dentist. They simply sent me a bill for $71.
