I was initially impressed. However, during the 3 weeks following my cleaning, there was pain and sensitivity around two crowns that has never happened with cleanings in the past. I have not had any problems with my crowns until I move from another state and am required to change doctors. Very odd. I recall he was hooking these crowns and seriously tugging them. I feel they were purposely compromised in order to force replacement. I do not intend to return to his office. Would not recommend.
