Rude Office Manager and Staff-Scammy Billing Dept.
Stephanie (the office manager) is very rude. Dr. Bright peddles his patients off to his assistant instead of working with the clients himself and keeping them abreast of what is going on. Their billing ONLY discusses billing on Tuesdays (how strange) and the get upset when you question charges. They use incorrect billing codes to try get more money from insurance or you the client. We were overcharged and billed for several items. They refuse to refund the money back. They try to bill you for additional things that they shouldn't and want you to pay for that service, although that service they bill you for was not performed. When you question any of their billing or charges, they get upset, become rude, and dismiss your concerns. I have spoken with others in my community and this seems to be the trend with Bright Braces now. BUYER BEWARE, watch out for questionable charges and behavior of office staff and Dr. Bright once you question things.

I came back after a while and it is like another place. I didn’t like the people that are working right now there. The service was terrible, the place looked like old fashion, definitely I will not come back. I don’t recommend this place.

He did not check my bite properly, resulting in getting braces 2 times. And even that was because my family dentist suggested I get my bite checked out again! When I asked the staff to check my new retainers because they didn't seem to be fitting right, they got rather annoyed and dismissed me. I went to another orthodontist a few days ago, and to no surprise, he says my upper teeth has shifted. Very disappointed.

Dr. Bright, Your office did not bill our insurance for the last $500 for my daughters braces. We had been paid in advance. You then received payment plan for 2 final payments to be made on the 15th of November and 15th of December. My wife went to the office today and your team harassed my wife for money and made it very uncomfortable. I called in and talked AGAIN with your very rude office manager SHEPHANIE. Not enough room. I will be writing this on Face Book and all review sites STAY TUNE!!!!

DR. Bright is a good orthodontics, however his office/financial manager, Stephanie, is very rude and aggressive and does not have the skills required for her job. There is nobody else to talk to if you have an unresolved matter with her. She is the one that decide if you are allowed to talk to the dr. Bright if you do not have an appointment at the time and are not with the patient. I have not seen this in any other offices. The doctors usually have open door policy.

This orthodontist and his entire staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt safe with his decisions and my child's treatment plan. The office was running on time and we snagged a fresh baked cookie in the waiting room on our way out the door! Feels relaxed here and my kids were happy.

I had a wonderful time with Dr. Bright. His office was warm and inviting. My children were so happy to come to the ortho appts. My son loved playing on the Ipads and watching movies while he had his Ortho work done. My daughter loves the cool shirt she go that represented her school. We would definitely recommend this doctor to someone else!
