Dr. David Brunson, DMD

I had a great experience with this office. The staff were all very kind and caring. Dr Brunson is very attentive and I told him it was the first time in my entire life that the Novocain shots didn’t hurt a bit. He’s very thorough and even plays your choice of music to try to increase your comfort level.

EVERYONE AT THE OFFICE WAS SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY. BEST OF ALL WITH DR. BRUNSON I DIDN'T FEEL THING. HE EVEN LET ME SELECT THE MUSIC I WANTED TO LISTEN TO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. BRUNSON IF YOU EVER NEED A ROOT CANAL.

Horrible... . Will not respond to calls, the past 25 days, my calls are not returned. extremely unprofessional when you are able to speak with them on the phone. It’s apparent, they do not care for my elderly mother’s care.

My usual endodontist was unavailable so I was referred to Dr. Brunson. It was a great experience and I would immediately use him again if I needed this service.

The receptionist is impossible to talk to, she tells me the scheduler will call back. There is never a call back. I tried to get an appt. three times and was stonewalled by the receptionist and never was able to talk to someone who could schedule.

Very caring and explains things very well. Highly recommend.

Dr Brunson is a Endo Perfectionist. I have had 2 root canals performed by him in the past. That is if you can get past the front desk for an appointment. I waited almost 3 weeks for a callback after Jessica told me she would call in a day or 2. She called back 2 weeks later and than tried to blame it on Dr Brunson's wife that no one called me. She hung up on me when I was trying to explain to her I had to reach out to another Dr and kept talking over me. I have never been treated so rudely by any front deck employee in my life.
