AVOID AT ALL COST
I would give ZERO stars if possible for these dentists and everyone in this practice! This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever been to in my life! I specifically advised the front desk employee that dental coverage was to expire as of March 1st 2025. The employee understood and confirmed this information, yet failed to provide any clarification and allowed the work to be commenced for a crown. This crown is now my expense. One dentist will do a crown in house, yet another dentist will send it out to a laboratory.. A price for dental work is agreed upon upfront. Then, once the work is completed, they will inform you that there is an additional balance owed upon completion! They also do not have emergency after hours care. I was forced to use an alternate dentist back in late December because both dentists decided to take an extended vacation until late January.
