Dr. David Embry, DMD

Went to Dr. Embry in June 2020 after covid restrictions. Only dentist to take my Insurance near me. I was retiring and lose my insurance in July wanted new partials. They said we will bill ins. now. We made & sent impressions. no word from them unless I called. finally in Nov lost impressions made sent 2X.I waited Jan, Feb in Mar I called ins. to see if claim was submit. Ins. said should resubmit as replacements partial. Called Dentist told them to resubmit they said we will and to watch for statement from Ins. in mail. now May called Ins. claim not resubmitted, still no word from dentist, ins gone If I could give 0 star I would. Poor communications, erratic office operations. Runs like it's going out of business.

I’ve always loved Dr Embry, I’ve been going to him since I was a young girl. He’s very professional and friendly. Every time I go in his office they make my visit quick and sometimes even get me in earlier than my appointment time. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Embry is so gentle and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. When you are nervous, he has a way of just putting you at ease. Thank you so much, Dr. Embry and all of your staff.

Dr. Embry is one of the best dentists that I know. He is super easy when giving Novocaine. I have never had any discomfort from any of his procedures. I will continue to recommend him to my friends.
