I can't say enough how important it is to get an itemized list of everything that was done. Scrutinize and understand what you're paying for. Call your insurance company and ask them if it sounds right with them. I did all three. Not only was I not given the free item for my new customer status but I was charged for the free item on my bill through my insurance company. Not honest.

I had three major issues with my very first and last appointment with Dr. Ford and his practice. Issue #1: I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist barely cleaned my teeth....instead they recommended I come in for another appointment for a deep cleaning because my teeth were "in such bad condition". I have NEVER heard my teeth were anything but healthy from any other dentist I have gone to and have never been advised I needed a deep cleaning. Issue #2: I was told that I had a filling that had a cavity that had developed underneath the previous filling. I have since been to another dentist who confirmed, I have no cavities. Issue #3: The line of questions you receive as a patient is exorbitant and odd. The amount of text messages and pushing for more appointments and more procedures really spoke clearly to me that this dentist office culture is high pressure sales. I would not recommend this dentist.

I had been going to a dentist in downtown Seattle for over a decade, but because I work at home more often now I decided to try one closer to my home. I learned of this practice through his mailers in ValPak which promises a $50 amazon gift card "with purchase of adult new patient's exam, cleaning and x-rays." All of which I have done but they refuse to honor it, which is false advertising. Furthermore, I rarely needed to have any work done on my teeth besides getting a wisdom tooth removed... and all of those services were relatively cheap with my insurance, i.e. a few hundred dollars. So to my surprise, this dentist was suggesting I get some prior work redone and address some early cavities (which I rarely get) at quite a high cost. I was suspicious of the quote, so I asked two friends who have their own practices and they laughed at the quote, which had fees for ferric sulfate and pictures. Doc fixed an issue I had with a crown. all seems to be well now. I started going to him a year ago and am sure I made the right decision in choosing him. Thanks.

Dr Ford and his staff are very friendly and thoroughly discuss the details of procedures and provided great service. I'm very happy to have a dentist who remembers you and your needs versus the corporate practices with new staff every time you go in.

Dr, Ford is restoring two teeth which had developed decay with two very nice restorations, one with a porcelain crown and another with an onlay. It has been a painless experience. His assistant Michelle is also very well trained and capable. I trust Dr. Ford to do the right thing with my oral care--he is very capable clinician with a beautiful office, which is equipped with the latest technology for delivering the highest quality care.

Dr. Ford has been my dentist since he opened his practice. He always takes time to ask how I am doing outside of my oral health and listens to my concerns. He explains every step of the way and offers solutions to maintain and or improve oral health. He is conservative and his focus is on health versus making a buck. His assistant Michelle is excellent...she is friendly, professional and meticulous with care, always making sure I am comfortable during my visits. If you want a dentist that truly cares about you as a person, AND as a patient, Dr. Ford is your best choice...I trust him completely, and you will too!!!

Dr. Ford is an exceptional dentist ! I appreciate his professional expertise. His dental hygienists are also excellent as well as his office staff . Highly recommended.

This place has terrible business practices. 1. I was told I could do 3 payments over 3 months for a root canal about 3-4yrs ago, so I went along with the procedure based on that agreement. I paid 1/3 upfront and 2 weeks later they DEMANDED the rest in full. I should have stopped going then, but I gave them another chance they asked if I wanted to do payments for the next procedure, and I said NO! In full cause I don’t want to deal with what happened last time this was back in 8/2020 now they are calling me almost 2yrs later and they are asking for more money for that very same procedure. Smh there is a picture of the transaction date, I just got off the phone with the wife’s owner who btw was also unprofessional. Also there was a time I had a scheduled cleaning and I got COVID-19 so I didn’t go I forgot to call them about it which I had apologized for and they said next time you no cal no show we will be charged, so I took the yelling since they weren’t going to charge me only to find

Our family has been with Dr Fords practice for many years. We love the kind & compassionate crew and the caring skilled dedication of Dr Ford. He is always responsive to our questions about treatments, explaining procedures fully. He is very concerned for the comfort & care of his patients, as are his assistants. I lost my permanent upper teeth in an accident as a child. I never smiled & was always hiding my teeth. Over the years many different dentists made adjustments & semi-fixes with semi-satisfactory results. Dr Ford has worked hard to help me, giving me excellent care that always takes into consideration my changing health issues. Now everyone tells me my teeth look great & I have a lot to smile about! I’m very grateful to have found a caring, highly competent practice to put my bite back together and provide that same level of care for the rest of my family, too.

His office staff and financial services are not transparent and did not handle their work effectively and accurately. Lack of professional communication.

The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Ford saw me after x-rays and cleaning. I have some trouble areas . He said he would put a list together and meet with me next Monday to go over the problems in more detail and assign priority to the issues. Very helpful and understanding of my concerns.
