Have gone to him for over a decade, but a pattern of what I believe to be bad practice has occurred for me. To be clear, the hygienists here have all been very good, sometimes exemplary, but this review is about Dr. Francati. After years of needing to repair his"work", I do not trust him, and I am leaving this practice and taking my care elsewhere. As a child I received a few cavities, learned to take better care of my teeth, and as a result my hygiene is remarked upon as excellent at all my cleanings. The fillings I have had for 25 years have all held up fine, but the 2 I had done within the last 2 years by Dr Francati have resulted in cracked teeth, crowns, and ultimately root canal. I expect simple dental work to last longer than 2 years without cracking or needing replaced,esp on a healthy, non-smoking patient with good hygiene. Work done by other dentists lasts for decades. I can't escape the impression he just wants to squeeze money out of me. It's unfortunate.
