Dr. David Fulks, DDS

I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and suffer from panic attacks, I don’t do well taking medications. I was referred to this office for a couple of extractions with IV sedation. My anxiety was bad and I was having a panic attack, I let Dr Fulks know that I was having a panic attack and asked him for a minute to calm down. He stated that the medicine would help with my anxiety and I told him that the medicine is what was causing my anxiety and again asked for a minute to calm myself. He sighed hard like I was an inconvenience while leaving the room. His assistant came back in to check on me and was super reassuring and sweet, she asked if maybe talking to Dr Fulks again could help ease my mind and I said yes so she left the room to get him. After a few minutes she came back in and said he was with another patient and he said if I couldn’t do it today to not come back as they are a busy office. I left in tears and humiliated. I know they are busy but have a little patience

Got a referral for my son to get his wisdom teeth removed. Called once. Gave them more than the correct amount of time they said they’d call back in. Called and left another message and still no return call It’s been over 2 weeks now

Dr. Barnette was filling in for Dr. Fulk and she is awesome! She knew all medical history before meeting me which was impressive to me for I've never been here before. She took time to help me relax and listened to my concerns. Rest of the staff work great together and keep it running smooth! ????????????????????????????

This was my first visit here at Fulk Family Dental for wisdom teeth extraction. Every seemed very friendly and informative from beginning to end. If I had To comment on anything (from what I could recall) after my procedure was finished I felt a little rushed to come to it (wake up) of course being on medication I’m sure there are procedures they must follow but as I was In and out of it I just kept hearing “open your eyes” almost as if they were getting a bit frustrated that I just could not. But again I would most certainly refer to any of my friends and family!

If there is way to rate 0,i would rate 0 to this joker. He extracted wisdom teeth for me and prescribed bunch of medication without knowing how they interact with each other. I had cholesterol medication last night and had tamiflu, ClindaMycin 300mg, Methylprednisolone 4mg this morning, this combination started giving me hiccups since morning, when i called him, he says, lets ignore each one and see how that works. RIDICULOUS!
