Didn't even get an appt!! Called on Tuesday May 21, 2019. Talked to Rachael to see if they were in network for CIGNA. She said she would check my coverage after lunch that day and call me by days end. On Wednesday, May 22 I again called Racheal and she said her office is very busy and did not have a chance to check on my coverage. She thought she might get to it that day and call me. As of today, May 23, at 11:10, I have still not heard from her. I will seek another dentist as this is very POOR Customer Service. Is it good or bad to be busy? Why make a commitment when it can't be met? I'm sure the dentist is good, but his staff is not. You are losing patients, dr. better check into your staff.
