Both of my children have braces through Concord Orthodontics. The office staff are friendly and make every patient feel like family. Dr. Lewicki puts the kids at ease and talks through the process at a level they can understand. I highly recommend this office.

There are MANY choices for orthodontia in Lake County, OH. We did our due diligence and researched many orthodontists in the area before making our choice for our two sons. We interviewed four of them in person; we liked three of them and feel confident we would have received good care at these three. However, besides Dr. Lewicki, there was something about each of them that I didn't really 'love.' With Dr. Lewicki's office, we loved EVERYTHING about it. From the obvious expertise that Dr. Lewicki provides to the kindness and professionalism of the staff to the comfortable and modern atmosphere with state of the art equipment and so much more, we couldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Lewicki and his staff put patients/families first with EVERYTHING about their practice. They are organized, excellent at communication, kind, patient and fun! We have never waited more than 5min (if that!) for our appt when we arrive. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lewicki; he has our full recommendation!

Dr. Lewicki and his team are incredible. They care about you and your children like we are family. They take the extra step to be sure your comfortable and satisfied. They make it easy. They are willing to explain everything so you know exactly what service your being provided. They offer two locations to make it easy to get an appointment. They work around your schedule because they know how busy life can get. The office is so inviting. They offer snacks, coffee and water to all visitors. When you come straight from school it’s nice for the kids to get a snack. They make visits fun and friendly. Just this summer they had a huge party at Round1 for all their patients, friends and family. They spoiled us with food, raffles and games!! They really want to make this orthodontic experience a positive one. They are a truly caring and happy staff. You have to come for a visit and see for yourself.

Staff is wonderful and friendly. My children have perfect smiles. Couldn't be happier.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not just incompetent, but won’t fix his own mistakes. Very rude and disrespectful even to children, but will take your money with a smile.

Dr. Lewicki is amazing at what he does! I have never had more confidence, I love my smile! His team is not only the most friendly people I have ever met, but they are always there to help if you need it! I highly recommend that you go here and nowhere else!! I will definitely bringing my children in!
