It’s not the Dentists, it’s the support staff.From the guy at the front desk who mocked my disability… to the office manager who told me insurance covered a procedure then hit me with a $4000 bill because they filed the insurance paperwork wrong (and told me “my plan doesn’t cover bridges” although it did)… to the COO who refused to respond to a single message… The administration of Todays Dental is irresponsibly chaotic.Despite repeatedly telling them that I was in pain and needed an appointment ASAP they stalled for months. The COO made clear that they intended to charge me the full $4000 caused by THEIR error if insurance denied the claim because THEY filed late. They wouldn’t let me pay out of pocket, but refused to take me out of collections. They offered zero apologies and continued to treat me as if THEIR error was MY fault.I’m sure Dr. Masters is a fine dentist but frequent administrative errors means you can be refused emergency care, double-charged, and disrespected.
