I take care of my granddaughter's dental care and she sees Dr. David McSurdy. There aren't enough words of praise for this office! In all my years I have never seen a doctor's office so competent, organized, professional and friendly. They ALL are truly wonderful and care so much about their patients.

I began orthodontic treatment after retirement when I found I had more time to focus on my dental and oral health. Needless to say, I was a little apprehensive to start this journey at my age but am so glad that I did. The results have been phenomenal thanks to the efforts of the entire staff. I look forward to my appointments and have always been greeted and attended to with great professionalism and friendliness. I never, ever would have expected such a wonderful, encouraging environment.

I have been so impressed with every visit from the moment I encounter the receptionists through each interaction until making my next appointment. I first brought my granddaughter and then decided to come here myself because of their excellent service even though I have a 1/2 hour drive one way. So worth it!! Rarely does one find every person in an organization so well trained and committed to excellence!

Dr. McSurdy and his staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make sure that you understand everything they are doing. My son had his consult last month and just got his braces on. It went great! They have contest to keep the kids motivated and give you all of the supplies you need to keep your teeth clean. They have interest free financing and aren’t pushy at all. The staff is wonderful and it is so nice to see people happy to be at work and work together.

My daughter had braces put on in the Gilbertsville office. Today they were finished and taken off. We have had nothing but an extremely positive experience. Every single appointment was on time and efficient. Every employee was always in a good mood. From check in to check out we have been pleased. The finance department was great. The staff at Dr. McSurdy and Dr. Pavlow are the best. We came from another practice in midstream due to slow progress & dissatisfaction. By contrast, Both McSurdy and Pavlow are hands on and goal oriented with every move, every step of the way. The entire team is friendly, informed and involved! The open concept office is clean and bright and there are happy faces all around. Everyone here seems deeply vested in turning out the greatest result possible. They really make getting braces fun!
