Knowledgeable and nice.
Went for a routine visit, but thought I had an issue with one of my molars, although it wasn't painful. After taking an xray, it was determined that I don't need dental work at this time. It will be checked again during my next visit.

I have had numerous bad experiences with dentists in the past, either with rushing through their work or trying to upsell me on expensive and unnecessary procedures. Today I met Dr. Monin at Gentle Dental and he was kind, patient, explained things clearly and recommended a conservative and affordable approach to my dental needs. His hygienist was also wonderful, took her time, listened to my concerns and she literally got every stain off of my teeth (and there were many!) I highly recommend Dr. Monin and his staff in Saugus.
