Dr. David O'Neal, DDS

Very bad experience with Kristine Thomas the Office Manager. She said that they don’t want my money and that can find another Dentist.

I have been going to Dr O'Neal since the late 90s. I am a healthcare professional. Dr O'Neal is a kind and caring dentist. He's also very practical in treating his patients. He always presents me with options and tries to solve my problem in a practical manner. He will generally recommend the treatment with the longest lifetime which is least expense. I totally trust Dr O'Neal's judgment. I had a bridge in the front that kept falling out. I had been going back and forth to my old dentist for 4 years trying to get it fixed and paying every time. I spent 7K on that bridge! Finally I went to Dr O'Neal. He examined me and recommended a treatment. I have never had a problem since and it didn't take implants or cost a fortune. It just takes a dentist who listens and cares. I like the staff, I never have to wait and I know that I am getting excellent dentistry from Dr O'Neal.

I am always impressed how well this office runs. Dr. O'Neal always seems to be ahead of schedule and is very caring, patient and thorough. The front desk staff is always welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend Rivertowne Dental.

I have been seeing Dr O'Neal since 1993! I have recommended him to my friends and family many times. He does excellent work and my smile proves it. Also, I appreciate that he see me on time, every time.

I was very impressed with Dr. O'Neal's staff: Dr. Nabil Bishara, Pam, Keda, and Tonya. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and their customer service was impeccable. I have witnessed and do my best to watch how the customer service is in operation and I could find no flaws. That's not to say there are no flaws; I can say they weren't noticeable. It is obvious the staff spends a lot of training time in customer service. They know how to have the customer smiling back at them. I was so impressed with the service that I have contacted most of my friends on facebook about the customer service as well as the professionalism of Dr. Bishara. I applaud the fact that Dr. Bishara had a listening ear. He knew how to communicate effectively with a 95 years old man who walked in with such uncertainty. horrible customer service!!!! If I didn't have braces on my teeth I would run without looking back. The customer service over the years is horrible!!!!!! look somewhere else they are all about the money not customer service and nobody ever wants to come to there phone I have emailed the manager an entire week ago and still no response and when I asked to speak with her she stated she is busy. They are by far the worst I will be removing my son from this office they wont get another dime from me.

Dr Oneal the hygienist and ortho department are amazing however the staff that sets the appointment s are terrible they you that you have an appointment scheduled but don't it extremely inconvenient and frustrating..

My family has been going to Dr. O'Neal for 10 years, his office has the best TLC and honest dentistry, my kids won't go anywhere else.

No problems with Dr., but staff very rude. Office manager inconsiderate and allows patient intolerance from office workers. Will not allow interaction with dr.once you leave out. If you demand to see dr., they say you are belligerent. If you leave message for dr. Office manager returns calls and answers email. Dr. Probably won't see this review. She will. He needs to know this is a reason some patients don't come back

I would never recommend Dr O'Neal ofc.. His ofc mgr was the worse when it comes to cus service. I knew the first time I went there and inquired about the cost of implant crowns I ended up havg to call the insurance co in the ofc to expln the cost of my procedure should be since they were a participant in the plan .The first indication that they were money hungry if I had listened to them & was not familiar w/the implant procedr my out of pocket expense would have been 3x's...don't trust them!
