That’s what so called dentist said when he sliced the bottom of my tongue…it took a stitch and I still have numbness as he cut the nerve that runs to the tip and left side of tongue…when I eat something it feels like I have a spider web in my mouth…the assistant jumped as his grinder jumped…his exact words were ..”oops!”he tried to blame the numbness on the Novocain…when that was proven as not likely he said I jumped as I swallowed which cause bottom of my tongue to jut out to his drill…try that everyone and see how that works…I heard him alluding to having too many claims to his office staff…I asked for the bill to be dismissed and he won’t…I’m getting in touch with different boards and state to get bill dropped

Business manager, Docs wife, threatened to send my small copay bill to collections. It was not due yet. I was given a due date by the staff at the office I always paid my bill to the practice, or insurance paid the bill. His wife called me, was so incredibly nasty, threatened to send bill to collections. Told her that staff gave me a bill with a due date. She said staff 'lied'?. The co pay was very small. As a Professor of Psychiatry, I can say that the manager was in need of some emotional support.He is an ok dentist. Not great but ok. She was a nightmare. Dr. J. Marsh
